Pitch Hit & Run is a free nationawide baseball/softball event for kids age 7-14. Each child participates in 3 activities: Pitch (throw 6 pitches to a strike zone), Hit (hit a ball off a stationary tee), and Run (timed run around the bases).

Pitch Hit & Run Information

  • Age divisions are 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14 
  • Age is determined as of July 17th of the current year
  • All participants must submit a signed registration/waiver
  • Boys and girls compete separately
  • Event is free
  • No metal spikes allowed
  • Participants can compete at any time during the competition
  • Winners will be notified after the event 

Participants compete in three events: 

Pitching:  Throw six pitches to a strike zone 
Hitting:
  Hit a ball off a stationary tee 
Running:
  Timed run  

In case of inclement weather, the event may be rescheduled. Rainout information will be available at www.rainoutline.com and signage will be posted at the field.
